This guide will walk users through the Polycom Web UI to auto-provision the devices to the Crexendo VIP Platform. These steps can be used for All Polycom models. Web UI provisioning is an excellent tool should devices not provision using our Polycom Redirect Service, or if the customer network is not allowing the devices to auto-provision using our Factory Reset Methods.
 
  1. Add the device to the Crexendo VIP Portal and Assign it to a user and an extension number
     
  2. Factory reset the device (Directions to factory reset the devices can be found here)
     
  3. Locate the IP address of the device: (Settings > Status > Network Status > TCP/IP Parameters)
     
  4. Enter the IP address into your web browser:
  5. Login to the device (The default Password for these devices is 456)
     
  6. Navigate to Settings > Provisioning Server:
  7. Use the provisioning details and add them as shown to the Device:
  8. Enter in the following information to the dedicated Fields:
    1. Server URL: https://endpoints.crexendovip.com/cfg/
    2. Username: phonevip
    3. Password: Cr3XD0V1p
  9. Check the Enable button on Tag SN to UA
  10. Click the Save button:
  11. The phone will reboot and make a chirping sound initiating the connection between the phone and the Crexendo VIP Platform.
