Symptoms

  • How to park a call in Webphone
     

Procedure

  1. Select Park call
  2. Select an available call park to send the call to by selecting the P icon, and the call will be instantly parked.

To retrieve a parked call:

  1. Select the Call Parks option on the side navigation pane.
  2. Select the   icon and select Answer to retrieve the call or ignore to send it to voicemail.
