1. Using your web browser, navigate to Crexendo VIP Webphone
2. Enter your VIP username (extension@domain) and password
3. Click LOG IN to access the web phone.
   
   

If you cannot remember your username or password, you can click the links to recover them.

1. Log in to the VIP Portal
2. On the upper right side of the screen, click the Apps drop-down
   
   
3. Select the CrexendoWebphone option, and the web phone will open in a new tab.

1. Using Google Chrome, log in to the Web Phone from the VIP Portal or go to this link
2. Click on the Settings option on the left side of the screen.
3. Select Install PWA to download the web phone as a Chrome app that runs in the background. 
4. Pin the application to your start menu, taskbar, or dock.
5. Once the download is complete, click the web phone icon and log in using your credentials. 

The application will run independently, without requiring an open browser tab or an active session in the VIP Portal.
