How can I transfer a call in VIP Mobile app
Procedure
- Select Transfer
- Dial the number or extension you would like to transfer the call to
- Press the green call button to complete the transfer
TIP: If you would like to transfer the call to one of your contacts:
- Select Transfer
- Choose Contacts
- Navigate to the contact you would like to transfer the call to and select the phone icon to complete the transfer
