How To: VIP Mobile App - Attended Transfer

Symptoms

  • How can I speak with the person before transferring the call
     

Procedure

  1. Select Attended Transfer. This action will place the caller on hold.

    NOTE: This may appear as Atten...ansfer

     
  2. Dial the number, extension, or choose Contacts to dial the number of the person you would like to transfer the call to. 
  3. Once you speak to the person and they accept the transfer, select Transfer to connect the caller to the person they would like to speak to.
  4. Select Cancel to return to the original caller.
