Procedure
via Portal
- Login to your Crexendo VIP Portal
NOTE: If VIP Group Messaging has been enabled for your user, it will appear next to the “Apps” section on the upper right side of your portal.
- Select VIPGroupMessage to launch VIP Group Messaging in a new tab. The platform uses your portal login information to log you in.
via Mobile App
- Open your Crexendo VIP Mobile Application.
- Select VIPMenu from the navigation bar.
- Select VIP Group Message
