How To: VIP Group Messaging - Access

Objective

Crexendo VIP Group Messaging provides the platform for your business to send and receive SMS/MMS to/from your clients using several tools including auto responses, drip campaigns, text blasts, reminders, and more.
 

Symptoms

  • How can I access the VIP group messaging in the Portal?
  • How can I access the VIp group messaging via Mobile app?
     

Procedure

via Portal

  1. Login to your Crexendo VIP Portal

    NOTE: If VIP Group Messaging has been enabled for your user, it will appear next to the “Apps” section on the upper right side of your portal. 

     
  2. Select VIPGroupMessage to launch VIP Group Messaging in a new tab. The platform uses your portal login information to log you in.

 
 

via Mobile App

  1. Open your Crexendo VIP Mobile Application.
  2. Select VIPMenu from the navigation bar.
  3. Select VIP Group Message
